It is important for all the personnel at Pikkies en Peuters Kleuterskool / Preschool to be part of the development of each child and to ensure that each child is cherished, stimulated, safe, happy and lovingly cared for.  Each member of the education-team is involved full time to see to the comprehensive needs of the learners in their care. Learners are constantly under the supervision of the teachers.

• To facilitate ongoing formal and informal personnel training to ensure that the school keeps up with the latest technology and educational approaches to the benefit of the toddlers.

• To promote constructive, interpersonal, intercultural relationships and respect between learners and personnel, as well as amongst each other.
