We encourage the children to play with balls because all children can benefit from rolling, throwing, catching, kicking and dribbling balls. These activities improve motor skills, hand-eye coordination and timing. Ball games is vital in developing social skills, learning how to share, how to follow rules and how to negotiate.

Imagination
With nothing more than a little imagination, boxes can be transformed into forts or houses, spaceships or submarines, castles or caves. Inside a big cardboard box, a child is transported to a world of his or her own, one where anything is possible!

Valentine's Day
Autumn at Pikkies & Peuters
Make and bake an autumn tree, threading buttons for "autumn leaves" and having fun with potato stamps in the shape of a leave. Still having fun while it is cold outside!
